Who can diagnose me?
Only licensed therapists and doctors can formally diagnose you. Check Psychology Today and/or search ADHD diagnosis or ADHD therapist/psychologist/psychiatrist near me on a search engine. Formal diagnosis is not a requirement for ADHD coaching. Self diagnosis is fine. If we work together, you would fill out forms for me to gauge how your ADHD is currently impacting your life.
